Homemade whipped cream goes on just about everything. Cake, ice cream, pies, parfaits, hot chocolate, lattes...the list goes on. It's a treat that makes everything a little more special. With just two ingredients and only a few minutes to make...this recipe is a winner!
Serving size: 1/4 cup Prep time: 3 minutes
2 cup heavy cream (cold)
9-10 drops of Good Good Vanilla Stevia drops (OR)
------ 1 tsp vanilla
------ 1/4 cup Lakanto Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener
1. Place the heavy cream and stevia drops into a large bowl and whisk on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. (About 1-1/2 minutes)
2. Do not over beat.
3. Enjoy immediately or transfer to an air tight container and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
