Looking for a tasty, quick, crunchy snack? Well, here's another easy one for you! This dessert is packed with layers of granola, chocolate pudding, homemade whipped cream and few chocolate chips for good measure and will satisfy your cravings for crunchy, chocolate, sweet, whatever you need!
Makes: 2 parfaits
Serving size: 1 cup Prep time: 5 minutes
1 cup Julian Bakery Pro Granola (or any granola you like)
1 cup low carb Chocolate Pudding (pre-made)
1/2 cup Homemade whipped cream (see our recipe)
2 tsp Low Carb Chocolate chips (optional)
1. Place 1/4 cup granola in each cup.
2. Spoon in 1/2 cup pudding.
3. Add 1/4 cup granola.
4. Top with 1/4 cup homemade whipped cream.
5. Add a few chocolate chips. Enjoy!
